What types of ground do you need to do a safe setup?

All inflatables MUST be setup on CLEAN, LEVEL GROUND.

We WILL NOT SETUP ANY INFLATABLES ON hills, retention ponds, asphalt or concrete !

This is not safe for you or your children.

Also PLEASE walk over the area you want the unit setup in, We will not put a unit in an UN-SANITARY area.

Your guests as well as i do not really want to pick up Rover's Droppings.

What forms of payment do you accept and when do we pay for the rental?

We accept Visa, Master card, Cash, and checks (check must have a valid drivers license # and address.

Payment is made at time of delivery before any item is setup, If paying with credit card you must call our main number and pay this way the day before delivery.

What if i need to cancel or re-schedule?

We load the trailers each and every Friday, PLEASE call and let us know if you need to re-schedule or cancel prior to loading your unit.

What if it rains during our event? Do we still have to pay and can we reschedule for another day?

When your inflatable is setup it is your's for the day, If you think it is going to be bad weather you must make a decision if you need to reschedule your event. In the case it does rain after the delivery of the inflatable DO NOT TURN OFF THE BLOWER to deflate, if it quits raining and your guests go back to play inside a moonwalk they MUST DRY THE INSIDE WITH SOME TOWELS, a wet moonwalk is dangerous to play in as they get very slippery inside.

What are the electrical requirements?

There must be an electrical outlaet WITHIN 100 FEET from where you want the inflatable to be located, we supply the extension cords that will be required for the inflatable.

You must have ADULT(S) (NOT TEENAGERS) assigned to supervise the children while the inflatable is in use. This ADULT must know all the safety rules and make sure all are enforced. You are responsible for the safety of the children and equipment. Basic safety rules will also be on the inflatable and on the invoice

When do you setup and come back to take back down?

I try to work with you on your event time schedule, normally we will have everything setup by noon and we start picking the units up around 6 P.M., if you need to make other arrangements please let us or the driver know this at delivery or at time of reserving your unit's. It is your party and your money, so we will work with you on your schedule.

YES WE ARE INSURED, So we can and do deliver to Parks and service any Polk County School or Public events. If you need a copy of Our policy for Parks or Community events let us know and we will send it to you, or bring it with your inflatable.

YES, WE CLEAN EVERY UNIT AFTER EVERY USE!!!

We use a solution of cleaners and sanitizers to assure you with the cleanest as well as the safest unit around.

Each week we setup and scrub down all pieces going out on Saturday and Sunday, It's a tough job but someone has to do it. We do not have a "crew" that cleans them, the wife and I do it personally to assure the best possible job.
